§ 111.05 UTILITY PLACEMENT.
   All new facilities in the shall be located either in a or in a recorded easement dedicated to public use and accepted by the if a part of the system, and accepted by the City of Sunrise if part of the Sunrise system. Easements shall be used only if specifically approved by the City of Weston for utilities or by the City of Sunrise for Sunrise Utilities.
