§ 110.02 GARBAGE STANDARDS.
   110.02(A)   Single-family/curbside residential. The following requirements shall apply to all residential generated by /curbside residential consumers:
   110.02(A)(1)    shall only be placed and kept in bags inside an when put out for collection.
   110.02(A)(2)    put out for collection shall be placed within two feet of the curb with the handle facing away from the curb. shall be placed at least three feet away from any other object, including but not limited to , mailboxes, parked cars or lines. All and Recycling Bins or shall be shielded from visibility from any adjacent and from the view of any abutting residence by , screening or placement within an enclosed garage or at all times, except when put out for collection in conformity with this Section. and Recycling Bins or shall not be put out prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day before collection and shall be stored by 9:00 p.m. on the day of collection.
   110.02(B)   Multi-family residential and commercial customers. Waste generated by multi-family residential and commercial customers shall only be placed and kept in bags inside a roll-off or dumpster utilized for waste collection. Any roll-off or other form of dumpster in a Multi- Residential or Commercial District must be maintained to comply with the following standards:
   110.02(B)(1)   The or dumpster shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition free of rust and graffiti;
   110.02(B)(2)   If it is necessary to locate the on top of any grass or other Landscaped area, the area must be fully restored once the has been removed;
   110.02(B)(3)   The or dumpster shall not block the primary means of ingress and egress of any nor any or encroaching into any ;
   110.02(B)(4)   No more than one such or dumpster shall be located on any parcel of property at any time; and
   110.02(B)(5)   The or dumpster shall not overflow.
   The violation of any of the above standards shall result in the immediately having the removed at the property ’s expense.
