110.02(A) Single-family/curbside residential. The following requirements shall apply to all residential

110.02(B) Multi-family residential and commercial customers. Waste generated by multi-family residential and commercial customers shall only be placed and kept in

or dumpster utilized for waste collection. Any roll-off
or other form of dumpster in a Multi-
Residential or Commercial District must be maintained to comply with the following standards:
110.02(B)(1) The
or dumpster shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition free of rust and graffiti;
110.02(B)(2) If it is necessary to locate the
