§ 100.13 DESIGNATED SUPERVISOR.
   100.13(A)   Management, control and supervision. Any that is granted a permit to utilize athletic facilities for purposes of athletics shall manage, control and supervise all players, coaches, managers, officials and other volunteers required for the operation of its activity.
   100.13(B)   Designated supervisor requirement. Each utilizing athletic facilities must have a designated supervisor (who must be at least 21 years of age) on site equipped with a cellular telephone during all official games. The designated supervisor must be clearly identified by a shirt, cap or other means acceptable to the .
   100.13(C)   Authorization. The designated supervisor shall be duly authorized by the to take whatever actions they deem appropriate to ensure the safety, health and welfare of the participants and spectators.
   100.13(D)   Failure to have designated supervisor. Any that fails to have a designated supervisor is subject to a suspension or revocation of its facilities use permit.
