§ 96.01 SEIZURE OF LOST, UNCLAIMED OR ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   The shall seize and reduce to its possession any lost, captured, abandoned or stolen personal property that may be found upon any of the public Streets and highways of the and shall restore such property as provided herein.
