A notice required under this subchapter shall be accomplished by sending a written notification by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the mailing address set forth on the application for the license. This mailing address shall be considered the correct mailing address unless the
Coordinator has been otherwise notified in writing by certified mail, return receipt requested, by the licensee of the new address. The licensee shall have the burden of proving the
Coordinator received the new address.
