§ 86.39 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   86.39(A)   Each licensee shall keep such records and make such reports as may be required by the and the agencies to implement this Code and to carry out its purpose.
   86.39(B)   By holding a license under this subchapter, the licensee shall be deemed to have consented to the provisions of this subchapter and to the exercise by the applicable agencies of their respective responsibilities under this subchapter.
