§ 86.38 NAME CHANGES.

   No licensee may change the name of an Adult Entertainment Establishment unless and until he or she satisfies all of the following requirements:

   86.38(A)   Provides City with 30 days’ notice in writing of the proposed name change;

   86.38(B)   Pays to the City a change-name fee to be set by resolution of the Commission; and

   86.38(C)   Complies with F.S. § 865.09, the Florida Fictitious Name Statute.
