§ 86.36 LICENSE TRANSFERABILITY.
   86.36(A)   A licensee shall not transfer his or her license to another , or thereby surrender possession, control, or operation of the licensed to such other .
   86.36(B)   A licensee shall not transfer his or her license to another location.
   86.36(C)   An attempted transfer of a license either directly or indirectly in violation of this Section is hereby declared void, and in that event the license shall be deemed abandoned, and the license shall be forfeited.
