   83.05(A)   License required.    83.05(D)   Inspections and searches. Licensees, by the acceptance of a license, agree and consent that their licensed business shall always be subject to inspection and search, without search warrant, by officers of the Broward County Sheriff’s Department, during all hours that such engage in business and at any other time such are occupied by the licensee or other .
