§ 73.02 ADOPTION.
   Except as otherwise provided in this Section, the expressly adopts the weight and load restrictions and enforcement procedures for as promulgated in F.S. Chapter 316, Rules and Regulations contained in 49 C.F.R. 390-397 and North American Driver Out-of-Service Criteria.
