§ 73.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this Chapter is to promote the public health, safety and general welfare upon the Streets, and of the by regulating the wheel and and gross vehicle weights of certain vehicles; to provide for the assessment of fees; and to provide penalties for the violation of this Chapter.
