§ 72.04 PARKING ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.
   72.04(A)   Parking on front, side or rear Lawns. No vehicles shall be parked on front, side, or rear Lawns when visible from any adjacent or neighboring property.
   72.04(B)   Parking on . Vehicles may on within the , in the direction of , provided that vehicles shall not block access to driveways, and shall not be parked on or across , or over a catch basin.
   72.04(C)   Commercial vehicles, trailers, and vehicles with exposed , equipment or materials.
   72.04(C)(1)   No shall be parked or stored on any property unless in a fully enclosed garage, except commercial vehicles may be parked temporarily throughout the day during periods of approved permitted by the or when being used for pick up, delivery, or the furnishing of commercial services.
   72.04(C)(2)   No , boats, or habitable of any nature shall be parked or stored on any property unless in a fully enclosed garage, except temporarily for routine cleaning, loading, or unloading of motor homes or recreational vehicles. No living quarters shall be maintained while such motor home or recreational vehicle is so parked.
   72.04(C)(3)   All , equipment or materials in the bed or any other unenclosed area of a vehicle shall be covered with a suitable cover and properly Secured, so as to prevent the , equipment or materials from being visible or blown by the wind. , equipment or materials in any vehicle shall only be allowed to remain exposed and unsecured temporarily when actively being used or removed. If the , equipment or materials has the potential of becoming airborne, then such , equipment or materials must remain properly Secured at all times, except when being loaded or unloaded.
