§ 63.01 HURRICANE PREPARATIONS.
   63.01(A)   The .    63.01(B)   Special hurricane inspections.
   63.01(B)(1)   In the event that a is issued by the appropriate governmental entity, all materials in exposed areas outside of certified for occupancy by the shall be removed from the exterior of the , unless such materials have been permanently affixed to the ground or the .    63.01(B)(2)   Any receiving an order from the ’s Official or ’s to comply with this Section shall comply with said order within the time specified on that order, but no later than 12 hours before the anticipated arrival of hurricane force winds (winds of 74 mph or greater).

The authority to enter and a site or for such purposes shall extend to any agency, company or firm retained by the to effect compliance. In either situation, the responsible for the violation shall reimburse the for its costs of cleaning up, clearing and Securing the site or , including all costs associated with retaining an agency, company or firm to effect such compliance. This shall also include reimbursement for costs related to demolition or other measures deemed necessary to correct hazardous structural conditions.
   63.01(C)    and materials.

Prior to the issuance of any citation for a violation of this Section, the ’s Official or ’s shall attempt to provide a written notice to the of the real property upon which is occurring or any contractor responsible for said . That notice shall specifically set a time period (reasonably calculated by the ’s Official or ’s ) for correction of the violation.
