§ 40.13 MOBILE FOOD VENDORS.
   No shall be issued or granted to any to engage in the business of moving vehicles doing business from same as a mobile vendor of food or beverages unless the has in his or her possession and presents to the written approval from the Broward County Health Department for the operation of said business.
