§ 26.01 PROHIBITION OF A MEMBER OF THE CITY COMMISSION OR ANY CITY ADVISORY BOARD FROM PARTICIPATION IN DISCUSSION.

In instances where a member of the City Commission or any City Advisory Board will be abstaining from voting on a matter for any reason permitted under Florida law, that Person shall not participate in any discussion regarding that matter and shall leave the dais.
