§ 23.02 PROCEDURES FOR SOLICITATION OF FUNDS FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
   No individuals, organizations or entities shall solicit funds or in kind goods or services for City purposes, or use the City’s name for any solicitation, unless prior City Commission approval is obtained. The City Commission may condition such approval as it deems appropriate. In order to obtain City Commission approval, application shall be made to the City Manager on a form provided by the City Manager.
