§ 20.30 LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY.
   20.30(A)   The of the of Weston is designated the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for the City.
   20.30(B)   The LPA shall have all powers authorized under F.S. § 163.3174.
   20.30(C)   The , in their position as members of the LPA, shall receive no additional compensation.
   20.30(D)   A representative of the School Board of Broward County shall be entitled to sit as a non-voting member of the LPA. Such School Board representative shall not be counted when determining the presence of a quorum, nor shall the School Board representative be entitled to any compensation for service on the LPA.
