§ 32.12 BEST INTEREST WAIVERS.
   The may waive any provision of Chapter 32, where the declares by at least a four-fifths (4/5) affirmative vote that it is in the best interest of the to do so. The shall make specific factual findings that support its determination, and such contracts shall be placed on the regular agenda.
