§ 81.05 OWNER AND VACATION RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS.
   In addition to general compliance with all Federal, State, County and Local laws, it is the affirmative duty and responsibility of the and the , individually and collectively, to adhere to the following:
   81.05(A)   Inform all guests, in writing, prior to occupancy of the property, of all applicable ordinances concerning noise, parking, garbage, and common area usage.
   81.05(B)   Maintain the property under their control in compliance with the occupancy limits, as specified in this Chapter, the Certificate of , the Minimum Housing Standards of Broward County, , specific requirements of the Florida Building Code noted herein and the City Code, as determined by the , building official or respective designee;
   81.05(C)   Ensure that, at all times:
   81.05(C)(1)   all vehicles associated with the are parked in compliance with the City Code; and
   81.05(C)(2)   the entire property, including the front, back, and side yards, is maintained free of garbage and litter, provided however, that this subsection shall not prohibit the storage of garbage and litter in authorized receptacles for collection; and
   81.05(C)(3)   all are aware that it shall be unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the Chapter 52, Noise, Sections 52.50 - 52.52 of the City Code; and
   81.05(C)(4)   all are aware that unauthorized occupants of any or conveyance of the property that have been warned by the , or lessee to leave and refuse to do so commit the offense of trespass of a or conveyance and will be charged under the State of Florida and local law; and
   81.05(C)(5)   the provisions of this Chapter are complied with and promptly address any violations of this Chapter or any violations of law which may come to the attention of the ; and
   81.05(C)(6)   he or she is available with authority to address and coordinate solutions to problems with the rental of the property at all times 24 hours a day, seven days a week and be physically present at the property to respond to emergency calls within one hour of notification; and
   81.05(C)(7)   he or she keeps available a register of all , which shall be open to inspection on the property by authorized personnel of the at all times; and
   81.05(C)(8)   no rental is made, or occupancy allowed by, any on the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators (FDLE) database or any other state sex offender database consistent with the requirements of section 52.45 "Sexual Violator Residency Prohibition" of the City Code.
