§ 64.61 AUTHORITY.
   For that is not within the scope of the Florida Building Code but that is regulated by this Chapter and that is determined to be a violation, the Floodplain Administrator is authorized to serve notices of violation or stop work orders to of the property involved, to the agent, or to the or performing the work.
