§ 64.56 CONSIDERATIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF VARIANCES.
   In reviewing requests for Variances, the shall consider all technical evaluations, all relevant factors, all other applicable provisions of the Florida Building Code, this Chapter, and the following:
   64.56(A)   The danger that materials and may be swept onto other lands resulting in further injury or damage;
   64.56(B)   The danger to life and property due to Flooding or erosion damage;
   64.56(C)   The susceptibility of the proposed , including contents, to Flood damage and the effect of such damage on current and future ;
   64.56(D)   The importance of the services provided by the proposed to the community;
   64.56(E)   The availability of alternate locations for the proposed that are subject to lower risk of Flooding or erosion;
   64.56(F)   The compatibility of the proposed with existing and anticipated ;
   64.56(G)   The relationship of the proposed to the comprehensive plan and Floodplain management program for the area;
   64.56(H)   The safety of access to the property in times of Flooding for ordinary and vehicles;
   64.56(I)    The expected heights, velocity, duration, rate of rise and and sediment transport of the floodwaters and the effects of wave action, if applicable, expected at the site; and
   64.56(J)   The costs of providing governmental services during and after Flood conditions including maintenance and repair of public utilities and facilities such as , gas, electrical and water systems, and bridges.
