, including but not limited to the following:
64.36(A) South Florida Water Management District; F.S. § 373.036.
64.36(B) Florida Department of Health for onsite
treatment and disposal systems; F.S. § 381.0065 and Chapter 64E-6, F.A.C.
64.36(C) Florida Department of Environmental Protection for activities subject to the Joint Coastal Permit; F.S. § 161.055.
64.36(D) Florida Department of Environmental Protection for activities that affect
and alter surface water flows, in conjunction with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
64.36(E) Federal permits and approvals.
