§ 64.26 INSPECTIONS.
   The Floodplain Administrator shall make the required inspections as specified in § 64.40 for that is not subject to the Florida Building Code, including , and facilities exempt from the Florida Building Code. The Floodplain Administrator shall inspect Flood Hazard Areas to determine if is undertaken without issuance of a permit.
