§ 64.24 MODIFICATIONS OF THE STRICT APPLICATION OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
   The Floodplain Administrator shall review requests submitted to the Official that seek approval to modify the strict application of the Flood load and Flood resistant requirements of the Florida Building Code to determine whether such requests require the granting of a Variance pursuant to §§ 64.50 through 64.57.
