89.04(A) Permitted on Construction sites.

89.04(B) Regulations. The following regulations shall be applicable to

89.04(B)(1) An operating telephone shall be located not less than 20 Feet nor more than 100 Feet from the fueling operation; and
89.04(B)(2) An operating fire extinguisher (80 B:C) shall be located not less than 20 Feet nor more than 100 Feet from the fueling operation; and
89.04(B)(3) The fueling area shall have an illumination of not less than 3.0 Foot-Candles, when operating between the hours of dusk and dawn.
89.04(C) Exemption. This Section shall not apply to the Federal government.
