§ 94.03 CONFLICT WITH STATE LAW.

Nothing in this Chapter is intended to conflict with the provisions of the Florida Constitution or F.S. Chapter 849, concerning gambling. In the event of a direct and express conflict between this Chapter and either the Florida Constitution or F.S. Chapter 849, then the provisions of the Florida Constitution or F.S. Chapter 849, as applicable, control.
