4-2-3: CHIMNEY FLUES:
   A.   Construction: All chimney flues shall be well built of either well burned, whole brick, or cement concrete, and shall be coated on the inside with plaster, fireproof earthen tile, asbestos, cement or other equivalent thereof.
   B.   Projection Through Roof: Where such flues pass through the ridge of the roof, they shall project not less than three and one-half feet (31/2') above the same, and where such flues pass through the slope of the roof, they shall project not less than two feet (2') above the roof measuring from the top of the chimney to the nearest point of the roof.
