For use in this Chapter, the following terms are defined:
HOUSE MOVER: Any individual, group, association, or corporation that has been issued a permit to transport any structure.
STRUCTURE: A house, building, or other facility ten feet (10') or more in width, which is to be moved from one location to another upon, along, across, over, or near any street, avenue, alley, highway, sidewalk, or other public ground of the City. (1998 Code)
