3-3-9: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:

The city council, after notice and hearing, may revoke any license issued under this chapter when it has been determined that the licensee is conducting business in violation of this code or has made fraudulent or incorrect statements in the obtaining of the license or has conducted business in any unlawful manner.
