3-3-5: ISSUANCE OF LICENSE:

If the city manager finds that the application is truthful and in conformance with section 3-3-4 of this chapter, the clerk shall issue the license upon payment of the license administrative fee and the posting of the bond as required. (Ord. 06-04, 6-6-2006)
