The Council will, in its discretion, authorize a licensee or permittee to transfer the license or permit from one location to another within the City; provided, that the premises to which the transfer is to be made would have been eligible for a license or permit in the first instance and such transfer will not result in the violation of any law or ordinance. An applicant for such a transfer shall file, with application for transfer, the fee as set by the State Division for transfer. (1975 Code § 3-1-18)
