All liquor control licenses, wine permits, and beer permits, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall expire one year from date of issuance. Also sixty (60) days' notice of such expiration must be given in writing by the State Administrator. Six (6) or eight (8) month seasonal licenses, wine permits, or beer permits or fourteen (14) day permits may be issued for license or permit fee as provided in Iowa Code chapter 123. No seasonal license or permit shall be renewed except after a period of two (2) months. Seasonal licensing shall be only as permitted by State regulation. (1975 Code § 3-1-16; amd. 1998 Code)
