3-2-16: ACTION BY COUNCIL:

Action taken by the City Council shall be so endorsed on the application and thereafter the application, the fee, the dram shop liability certificate of insurance, and the sketch of the premises shall be forwarded to the State Division for such further action as is provided by law. (1975 Code § 3-1-15; amd. 1998 Code)
