3-2-13: LIABILITY INSURANCE:

Every liquor control licensee and Class B beer permittee shall furnish proof of financial responsibility by the existence of a liability insurance policy in such amount as determined by the State Alcoholic Beverages Division. (1975 Code § 3-1-12; amd. 1998 Code)
