3-2-10: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; FEE:

A. Filing Of Application: A verified application for the original issuance or the renewal of a liquor control license, a wine permit, or a beer permit shall be filed at such time, in such number of copies, and in such form as the State Administrator shall prescribe, on forms prescribed by him.

B. Fee: The application shall be accompanied by the required fee and be filed with the City Council at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the old permit for approval or disapproval. (1998 Code)
