7-12-7: POWERS OF DIRECTOR OF THE STORMWATER UTILITY:

Stormwater service charges incurred prusuant to this ordinacne may be collected by the Stormwater Utility Director or designee who is also responsible for the regulation, collection, rebating and refunding of such stormwater charges.
