11-4-1: IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED:

The subdivider shall, at his expense, install and construct all improvements required by this Title. All required improvements shall be installed and constructed in accordance with the design standards established for such improvements by the City, and as shown on the approved preliminary plat.
