2-4-2: LIBRARY TRUSTEES:

The Board of Trustees of the Carnegie Public Library, hereinafter referred to as the Board, consists of seven (7) members. All Boardmembers shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. (1975 Code § 2-5-2)
