11-2-11: PERFORMANCE BOND PERMITTED:
In lieu of the requirements that improvements be completed prior to the approval of a final plat, the subdivider may post a performance bond with the City, guaranteeing that improvements not completed shall be completed within a period of two (2) years from the date of approval of such final plat; but such approval of the plat shall not constitute final acceptance of any improvements to be constructed. Improvements will be accepted only after their construction has been completed. (Ord. 5-82, 7-20-1982)
