11-2-8: DURATION OF APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT:

The approval of a preliminary plat by the governing body shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of such approval, after which such approval shall be void, and the subdivider shall take no action requiring the precedent approval of a preliminary plat except upon application for and approval of an extension of such period of validity, by the governing body.
