11-2-4: SUBDIVISION CLASSIFIED:
Any proposed subdivision or resubdivision shall be classified as a minor subdivision or a major subdivision.
   A.   Minor Subdivision: Any subdivision which contains not more than four (4) lots fronting on an existing street and which does not require construction of any public improvements, and which does not adversely affect the remainder of the parcel shall be classified as a minor plat.
   B.   Major Subdivision: Any subdivision which, in the opinion of the governing body, does not for any reason meet the definition of a minor plat, shall be classified as a major subdivision. (Ord. 5-82, 7-20-1982)
