11-2-3: PRESENTATION TO PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL:

The subdivider may present the sketch plan to the Planning Commission and governing body for review prior to incurring significant cost preparing the preliminary or final plat. (Ord. 5-82, 7-20-1982)
