11-1-6: FEES ESTABLISHED:

A. Fees Set By Resolution: The governing body shall, from time to time, establish by resolution fees for the review of plats. No plat for any subdivision or resubdivision shall be considered filed with the City Clerk, unless and until said plat is accompanied by the fee, as established by resolution of the governing body, and as required by this Title.
