2-1-1: PARKS AND TREE COMMISSION RENAMED:

The parks and tree commission hereinafter referred to as the board, consists of seven (7) members. All members of the board shall be residents of the city of West Liberty. All board members are to be appointed by the mayor with the approval of the council. The board is hereby renamed as: parks and recreation commission. (Ord. 04-01, 6-15-2004)
