9-1-8: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:

Application for a permit shall be made to the City Inspector on forms provided by the City Clerk. The application shall be accompanied by fees in accordance with the schedule of fees as shown in the Plumbing, Electrical, and Building Codes. (1975 Code § 9-2-11)
