9-1-6: INJUNCTION; MANDAMUS:

If any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired or land is used in violation of this Title, the City may, in addition to other remedies, institute injunction, mandamus, or other appropriate lawful action necessary to prevent, correct or abate such violation. (1975 Code § 9-2-9)
