8-5-27: BRAKES, HORNS AND LIGHTS:

Every motor vehicle while in use on any of the streets of the City shall be provided with brakes, horn and lights as required by State law and lights shall be displayed not later than one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise. (1975 Code § 8-5-34)
