8-5-16: CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES:

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway. (1975 Code § 8-5-23)
