7-4-4: MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY 1 :
The abutting property owner or owners shall be responsible for the repair, replacement or reconstruction of all broken or defective sidewalks to a safe condition and to maintain in a safe condition all sidewalks in the abutting street right of way. (1998 Code)
