7-3-12: SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS:

A. Council Action: The City Council is hereby authorized to enter into separate contracts for the furnishing of electrical power and services to individual consumers. Said contracts must be in writing, and must be approved by a majority of the members of the whole Council.

B. Excepted From Chapter Provisions: Consumers with whom such agreement has been made shall not be subject to the terms of the foregoing provisions of this chapter. (1975 Code § 7-3-14)
